Chico Therapy Wellness Center Rental Packages:

V.I.P. Package (Suite C):

Monthly Rent: $ 300.00

Chico Therapy Wellness Center will provide:

• Receptionist (available during business hours) and answering service.
• Priority office choice (For V.I.P.’s only. Please call in advance to schedule.)
• Phone screening, therapist referrals from call-ins based on education and hourly rate.  Our friendly staff will greet clients, relay messages between client and therapist, schedule referral appointments upon request and sell gift certificates provided by the therapist.
• Therapists will have full access to break room, refrigerator, microwave, restrooms, bottled water for clients and twenty-four hour access to massage therapy offices.
• Indirect marketing for Chico Therapy Wellness Center V.I.P. therapists through news paper ads as well as information for on-site functions and other public marketing possibilities for our V.I.P. therapists.
• Discounted on-site chair rental upon approval of C.T.W.C. administrator
• Chico Therapy Wellness Center will provide office amenities including table, bolster, stool, C.D. player, floor heater, ceiling fan, and clock.  Linens, towels, music, and lotion are excluded and should be provided by the therapist.  Please note: all incense, candles, oils are not permitted.
• Large office available for couples massage or for disabled clients (wheel chair accessible).Prior approval required.
• Storage space is also available upon request to V.I.P. Therapists at no extra charge.

Standard Monthly rent (Suite D):

Monthly Rent: $200.00

All offices in Suite D are available.  If necessary, specific arrangements will be made at the office manager or directors discretion .

Chico Therapy Wellness Center will provide:

• Storage space is available upon request at the rate of $30.00 per hour.
• Receptionist will greet the therapist’s client and relay messages during office hours.
• Phone referrals (at no extra charge) will be based on the therapist’s education and hourly rate.
• Chico Therapy Wellness Center will provide office amenities including table, bolster, stool, C.D. player, floor heater, ceiling fan, and clock.  Linens, towels, music, and lotion  should be provided by the therapist.  Please note: all incense, candles, oils are not permissible.
• Large office available for couples massage or for disabled clients (wheel chair accessible). .

Economy Monthly Rent:

• Monthly rent $100.00
• Offices only available during office hours
• 24 Hour advance notice (minimum).

Office Rent by the hour:

• $15.00 per hour
• Includes table, bolster, stool, C.D. player, floor heater, ceiling fan, and clock.
• Large office available for couples massage or for disabled clients (wheel chair accessible).
• 24 Hour advance notice (minimum).

Linens, towels, music, and lotion are excluded and should be provided by the therapist.  Please note: all incense, candles, oils are not permissible, see renter agreement contract.

Chico Therapy Wellness Center Equipment Rental:

• On-Site Chair…………………$30.00 per day ($20.00 for C.T.W.C. graduates/students only)
• Massage Table………………$25.00 per day, $95.00 per week
